MARY – Mary started swing dancing in 2004 in Boston at the local Friday night dance venue. Finally she could dance to all that wonderful big band jazz music she loves! She learned how to lindy hop, charleston, shag and balboa. She’s thoroughly traveled the US and Canada to attend balboa events, won a few awards, and is a regular fixture at events such as All Balboa Weekend. She started teaching at Cat’s when she moved home to Montreal in 2010. Mary loves nothing better than sharing her love of dance with new dancers!
